Yes. He took two dna tests in his lawyer's office. The final calculations have not been done. USA State laws are in effect, so in NC it is down to 80 percent paternity to determine paternity. I will make it in NC then. My son was born in NC, so that is where it should have been established, not PA. I was being a victim of death threats, so I moved to PA and had to wait 6 months to even get a test. MJ had time to plan and knew of the baby to dodge. He was still married at the time.
