People have a 'right' to be delusional or behave in a way that's not normal. It's only when these behaviors become imminently dangerous (to themselves or others) AND verifiably credible that the system can act on them.
If behaviors don't meet certain criteria, the 'system' can only watch and wait until that criteria is met.
So the videos, emails, blog post that have been made public and sent to CPS before now werenot enough evidence? It was okay for her threaten Angie and her kids, celeberties and Dante, but suddenly evidence is credible when its the neighborhood crop being attacked? O I C. Please don't come defending the system there. The system let Dante down a long time ago.

In early 2008, when Dante was 3, I was a pretty new Texan who became interested in this case by way of pop culture media. Then, thanks to Mom Nature, I volunteered for Hurricanes Katrina & Rita Red Cross duty in Louisiana.

For example, when she claimed her 3 year old escaped the house in PA late winter/early spring dressed in barely more than a diaper and snow boots, and he made it all the way to the corner of Pine (according to her), and she explained it away as proof that he must be MJ's spawn because he could run so fast, that was the first time I put a package together and mailed it to Meadville CYS (Children & Youth Services) with my name, address, & phone#.
*sigh*...Anyhoo, kudos to Meadville Police Conscience Supreme Assistant Chief Tom Liscinski, who actually went to her house for a wellness check on Dante a couple years back when I sent him disgusting quotes that she wrote vulgarly sexualizing both her son & Angelicque McQueen's (then 7 y.o.) daughter.
Due to Lisa herself's willingness to trash and expose even her most far-flung extended family members, I've got a list of this monster's relatives from Erie to Nebraska to Texas to California. I've contacted many "outsiders" who she has maligned, but there is no way to tell who within that family would be willing to ignore godawful reality and just whistle past the graveyard instead of circling the wagons to salvage their name.

Actually Lisa threatened her neighbors wife IN PERSON on the street. That's what got her muffled. And yes, I also have written to CPS regarding her vile emails and postings. I'm simply pointing out that it is her real life threats that finally got the right notice.

They probably didn't have much choice. If her in-person attacks were even half as bad as some of her online ones, the neighbor's wife must have been terrified.

Dante has enough hurdles to overcome -- it would be great if an actively psychotic mother wasn't one of them.

Strictly conjecture that she was not arrested but held in a mental facility for observation.
With luck, the correct meds will be prescribed and the entire family will attend counseling.
A lot of you say you sent some of Lisa's blog comments to people in Crawford County. I don't know who you sent the info too but obviously not the right person. We are not all morons in Crawford County!
Based on The Mental Health Procedures Act for PA, certain criteria must be met. In the MH system, people can't send info anonymously. There has to be a petitioner (someone who knows first hand and/or witnessed the behavior) The person would have to fill out a petition for a 302 (PA code for involuntary MH treatment) and give your name, address and phone number b/c you may have to go to a court hearing in order for MH to keep people longer than 5 days. That is called a 303 hearing.
Are you willing to give your name, address and phone number and be willing to come to Meadville, PA for a court hearing? You also have to give your name so the doctor doing the MH treatment can talk to you.
The other issue is how realistic a threat is made. How do you kill someone when you don't know where they are or WHO they really are? An example I read is she threatens Kelly Scott - I am assuming (hoping) she doesn't know who Kelly really is or where she lives. How then would she kill her? Kelly could file a complaint to the police but again, she would have to come to Meadville.
There is no one disputing Lisa has MH issues but you can't just throw her in jail or MH with out "clear and present danger". I don't think people who she does not know are in "clear and present danger" and if they feel they are, they need to call the correct agency.
If you are interested, you can read the Mental Health Procedures Act for PA online to figure out what the criteria is to commit someone.
You can report to Child and Youth anonymously but not MH.
We all know people would be making stuff up all the time to "get back" at someone if they could report MH stuff anonymously)
Police won't press charges if there is no one wanting to file charges. If people send the info anonymously, there is no "complaintant" so they can't do anything unless you give your info.
So, if you are willing to give your real name, address and phone # you can call Crawford Co. Crisis at 1-800-315-5721 and a petition can be faxed to you to fill out (but you still will have to show up if there is a 303 hearing), by all means do it!
However, keep in mind she has a right to know who is petitioning against her so she WILL know who you really are and where you really live. That's a little scary. Good luck!
I don't think that most concerned people went the route of reporting her to Mental Health authorities. It just doesn't seem like a logical move since we have no power to have her committed. Asst. Chief Liscinski & CYS Program Specialist Mela Calomino-Zinz have my name, address, ph, email because a) I wanted them to see that this stranger/outsider was sincere about the urgency of Saving Dante from a danger he couldn't escape by himself, and b) Though I'd never volunteer it, I ain't scared of her getting ahold of my personal info since I've lived an honorable life and have nothing to be ashamed of.

I was trying to be HELPFUL in sharing the info and making sure everybody knows she will have your info if you report her to MH. There were some comments about the system and I was just trying to explain how the system does things and that hands are tied by laws sometimes.
It is obvious someone finally contacted the right people who can do something and hopefully get her and Dante help.

Obviously giving info to MH Staff is completely different from posting personal info here instead of as anon. You don't know LM very well at all. She has tried to get numerous people fired because of her delusions. Her former "friend" in NC had to get a restraining order against her a few times because of LM. And she was in a different state. Lisa calls up local PD across the country looking for info on people and to wrongfully report them. It goes on and on for the past 10 years plus!!

It was because of this blog that the authorities were able to figure out what she was up to and stop her in Detroit.

I honestly think that she was "trying" to be informative even though I don't believe that she had nearly enough knowledge about Lisa; especially her theory on " clear and present" danger in regards to Lisa not knowing where people lived.
The fact that Lisa spent hours trying to track down any and all of us, and the likelihood that she might have actually located one of us at any time is all the proof I need that she is/was dangerous.

I'm not exactly sure why "Help" thinks we would be contacting MH anyway? We've said all along that it's through the courts and CPS that we wanted her to find help. She has a history in the courts and we've been hoping that due to one of her rambling delusional outbursts they'd send her for an evaluation and maybe get her what she needs. The CPS reports...and yes I have given them my name, were in hopes that Dante would not be subjected to anymore emotional abuse. Refresh my memory...when did ANYONE say they were contacting "mental health"?

True, it's been Federal Judges who have kept him in St Elizabeths and admittedly he is allowed out to visit family, but he is on a very tight leash.
Lisa has been on the radar of at least 3 different judges so it would serve her well to pay attention this time.

There are (thank god) laws that protect individual rights. No one can be force-fed medications, or be locked away "forever" in an asylum. I would rather be dead than to live in a society where that sort of thing is permitted. Geez..
Really? I don't have a problem with it all. When a person is so obviously mentally ill showing such violent tendencies refuses treatment, I think they SHOULD be locked up and force fed as many meds as possible. They are a danger. My sister is bi-polar and her whole personality can change on a dime. She was forcibly hospitalized as a teenager and we, as a family, collectively turned our backs on her as an adult until she accepted help and stayed medicated. There was no way she was going to be allowed near us and especially our children because she could instantly turn violent without meds. Too bad Lisa's family has no balls.

What surprises me most is the audacity to come on this blog and talk recklessly about what LM would & wouldn’t do without simply checking in on the numerous posts with videos, emails and her personal entries where her intent is beyond exposed. She doesn’t just talk the talk, she has a proven record of going the distance (like 6930 miles the distance). Go ahead and (in your mind) absolve her of any bad, devious or criminal behavior you want, but know that there are people all around the world who know better. HELLO!? She has posted names, addresses and phone numbers of numerous people. She has managed to acquire money in an attempt to flee the country while under orders by the court of law not to do so. Don't dare say what she isn't capable of. If she ain’t anything else, she’s a criminal.
Let’s not even get into her disgusting sexual commentary of other peoples children, not to mention her own child in a public manner. She can't help herself? Well neither can sociopaths, serial killers nor rapist. Each and every one of her disgusting actions should be held accountable for. Now who that persons of responsibility is, remains up to the family.
It really does offend me when a bad ass comes here hot-n-ready to defend or justify for LM without no mention what-so-ever of the little black kid who shits himself everyday, attempts to run away from his family (airport & half naked in the winter) gets called niggers & animal on a regular at home (according to his mother), and being exploited and lied to about his father, or random men his idiot mother meets on the internet. This shit has been very well & publically documented by way of blogs, letters, and genuinely caring people who went out of their way to help keep this child safe. There has been only 1 professional person from the entire CC “system” who has ever contacted me. I have made it clear that I would provide access to any documents needed to help investigate this situation & I guess people there want a dead body to fall in their lap before anything can get done. Good luck with that.
& CChelp, I know you were just “keeping it real”. Believe it or not, I appreciate the honesty. It must be really hard dealing with the fact that an agency you work for sucks so hardcore. How you must lose sleep at night knowing that people who give a shit may suffer retaliation from the bad guys if they even attempt to report a wrong-doing or crime in your neck of the woods. I don’t think I could ever work for a place like that.
I know it has to be hard for a family who has lived their existence of burying secrets to feel so open to the elements; but we didn’t start this internet shit. If they wanted this to all go away, and keep this twisted illness festering on the low, they should have taken the damn computer away a long time ago. Unlike the kid, they have always had options.

I have kept my mouth shut regarding cchelp until now as i was so pissed off at their ignorance and audacity to come on this blog without even reading Liesas ,yes Liesa,posts, emails or even watched her sick and twisted videos and I needed to calm down and not come across as a raving lunatic.. A couple years ago she found out my name ,through my own screw up,and since then I have gone anon as the harassment became intolerable and I had to change my email addy that I had for 15 years. She then found others to harass and, thankfully, forgot about me. Not that I am at all happy about her harassing anyone so please don't get me wrong. I was just grateful that I fell off her radar. I was not going to put myself or my family at risk even tho I live across the country from her. She has shown that she will go far and near if need be to make others lives miserable. But that's not why I am posting.
If CCHelp had any brains in their head they would have seen that most of us were only concerned for Dantes safety and as much as we would like Liesa to be locked up and force fed meds I don't believe that was the main concern of anyone. I like to think that we're all intelligent enough to know that you can't just call up mental health anon. and have someone locked up. There is a lot more to it than that as we all know. We just wanted Dante to have some peace. I called, I wrote and emailed Child services not knowing if it would help at all but i couldn't just sit here and read the filth Liesa was writing and saying and do nothing. If that makes me a fool then so be it. At least I can sleep at night knowing I did try to reach out and do something. If CChelp is so blinded by their own ignorance and sees and reads only what they want to I pity them as they don't even want to see the whole picture or at least the picture that we have all seen over the years. If CCHelp is an employee of the mental health services of Meadville I am surely glad I don't live there as their lack of compassion for a little boy is almost frightening. Again, mine and many others concern was for Dantes safety and peace. It would be lovely to think that little boy is having or going to have a happy peaceful Christmas surrounded by people who love and care for him without all the drama he has gone through during his young life. Like every child he deserves happiness and to feel safe. I don't know if that is a reality for him,yet,since the people who are suppose to love and protect him have been doing a shitty job but from what I understand his Uncle Joe is a pretty good guy. It would be great if Dante was with him and his family as I believe they are a stable, loving family. It would be wonderful for Dante . I don't know where Liesa is but I pray she is far far away from that little boy.
