MEADVILLE -- Lisa Miceli, the Meadville woman who once claimed that basketball great Michael Jordan fathered her son, has been returned to Crawford County after being arrested earlier this month in Detroit.
A bench warrant had been issued for Miceli's arrest after she failed to show up for a June 8 hearing in Crawford County Court. That hearing concerned allegations that she continue to harass Meadville police.
Miceli, 39, was arrested later that day at the Detroit airport, where she was waiting to catch a flight to Europe.
Crawford County District Attorney Francis Schultz said Miceli was returned to Meadville on Monday. She is being held in the Crawford County Correctional Facility after her bond was revoked by Common Pleas Judge John Spataro.
Schultz said Miceli could be released if she agrees to an inpatient treatment program at Meadville Medical Center.

A bench warrant had been issued for Miceli's arrest after she failed to show up for a hearing Wednesday afternoon in Crawford County Court.
A hunch led police to call Erie International Airport to determine if Miceli had booked a flight, Liscinski said. They learned from airport police that Miceli had flown Delta Air Lines to Detroit on Wednesday afternoon.
She had additional reservations for Amsterdam on Wednesday evening and for a Thursday-morning flight from Amsterdam to Dubai, Liscinski said.
Miceli was arrested by airport police who identified her from a description and photograph sent by Meadville police, a Wayne County Airport spokesman said. Miceli offered no resistance when officers arrested her, he said.
Miceli is being held in the Wayne County Jail.
She had been scheduled to appear in court in Meadville on Wednesday for a hearing concerning her alleged continued harassment of Meadville police.
Miceli was found guilty of a single felony count of harassment in March and was ordered not to contact police again, but made six more calls to police in May, Crawford County Assistant District Attorney Craig Howe said.
Miceli has been repeatedly calling police to demand that they investigate rumors circulating on the Internet about her. She also told police that someone plans to kill her and her son, according to court records.
Three years ago, Miceli claimed that Jordan fathered her son, despite two paternity tests to the contrary. A judge in June 2008 permanently prohibited Miceli from any contact with Jordan.
Miceli was back in the news in June 2010 when she filed a lawsuit against celebrity heiress Paris Hilton and a bevy of entertainment companies, claiming they had attempted a "hostile takeover" of her life by developing an installment of "Paris Hilton's My New BFF" set in Dubai. Miceli said that the show attempted to ruin her personal relationship with a Dubai sheik.
A judge dismissed the suit in October.
Miceli faces a combined hearing on the police-harassment case and Judge John Spataro's bench warrant within days of her return to Meadville.
When she will return to Meadville is unknown, Howe said.
"If she waives an extradition hearing and allows us to go and get her, we will do that in a matter of days. If she makes us go through the formal paperwork, it could be a longer rather than shorter time," Howe said.

Jordan`s attorney Frederick J. Sperling participated in a hearing by phone Friday, denying Miceli`s claims that the restraining order prevents her from negotiating a child-support agreement settlement with Jordan.
"There is not going to be a settlement," Sperling told Crawford County Judge Gordon Miller. "Mr. Jordan is not the father of her child, and we`re not going to engage in any discussions on that."
Miller did not immediately rule on Miceli`s request for a third test.
Sperling declined to comment Saturday when contacted by The Associated Press, saying the response he filed "speaks for us."
That response says Jordan consented to the second paternity test on the condition that Miceli have no contact with him if he was ruled out as the child`s father. The second genetic test did just that, the response said.

A suit filed in Crawford County late Wednesday afternoon seeks a court order barring Miceli from having any further contact with Jordan, his family, his representatives or their family members.
Miceli claims on her blog, mjordanmistress.blogspot.com, that Jordan fathered her now-3-year-old son during a romantic encounter between the two. She also claims that her relationship with the current part-owner of the Charlotte Bobcats NBA franchise dated back to 1999, when the two first met at a charity golf tournament.
Two paternity tests were conducted over Miceli's claim.
The first was conducted in 2004 after Miceli filed action against Jordan in Crawford County Court that sought to establish paternity and to get Jordan to pay child support.
The text eliminated Jordan as the father, according to Jordan's suit.
Jordan readily agreed to submit to a second paternity test in 2005 after Miceli challenged the results of the first test, according to the suit.
An agreement made before that test included a provision requiring Miceli to have no further contact with Jordan if he was again ruled out as the child's father.

READING between the lines, is innduendo, and a very big part of libel. To be actually mentally committed to a hospital, it would have to be overt behavior, as in actions, to harm another, not just threats.
